What to bring
- Your original, valid identification document. A passport is preferred where available.
- Any forms or letters received from IRCC, if applicable.
- Your prescription medications or an up-to-date medication list.
- Relevant medical reports for significant medical conditions.
- Eyeglasses or contact lenses if you use them.
- For applicants under 16, a parent or guardian should be present.
- A translator if needed. Dr. Li speaks English and Mandarin.
- A chaperone, if desired.
Do I need passport photos?
No. A digital photo can be taken at the clinic.
Do I need to fast?
Fasting is generally not required for the standard immigration blood testing described on the clinic's current information pages.
