Dr. Xiaobin Li, MD, CCFP, FCFP
Dr. Li is an IRCC-designated panel physician who performs immigration medical examinations for refugees, permanent and temporary residents, workers, students and visitors in Ottawa and the surrounding area.
He graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and completed family medicine residency training at the University of Calgary. His clinical background includes broad family medicine and rural emergency practice in Ontario.
