Who We Are
Panel Physicians
Dr. Xiaobin Li, MD, CCFP, FCFP
Dr. Li has been an IRCC appointed Panel Physician for several years, performing immigration medical checkups for refugees, permanent and temporary residents, workers, students and visitors in Ottawa and surroundings area.
After graduating from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Dr. Li finished his family medicine residency program at University of Calgary. He then spent many years practicing full scope medicine in Cochrane, Ontario. He still works at several rural ERs such as Almonte and Deep River hospitals.
The Team
We specialize in providing Canadian immigration medicals for Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We have a breadth of knowledge and experience in the immigration process.
Staff are fully fluent in English and Mandarin. We are fully e-Medical enabled, which allows for expedited submission. Reports are submitted within 10 business days. We hope to complete quick and efficient medical exams to help facilitate your immigration process.
We are located at 1300 Baseline Road, with an OC transpro station conveniently located just at the front door. We look forward to seeing you soon.

TB skin test
TB skin test for employment are not covered by OHIP. The cost of this test is $80.

You will come to our clinic to injection of the testing solution

Assessment
You will return in 48 to 72 hours for results reading.
